Foundations of Awareness
Begin with the habits of observation: recognising thoughts, emotional reactions and the influences that shape everyday decisions.
A guided path of observation, sensory understanding and personal practice — developed at a pace that leaves room for reflection.
Explore the five levelsThere is no single moment when we can say we have understood everything about ourselves or the world. Each level offers a different way to observe, question and practise what we learn. The purpose is not to become someone else, but to live with greater attention to who we are and how we relate to others.
Begin with the habits of observation: recognising thoughts, emotional reactions and the influences that shape everyday decisions.
Explore how attention moves through sight, sound, touch and inner perception, and how our senses influence our experience of the world.
Study traditional ideas of energy and connection through guided contemplative exercises, with room to question and interpret your own experience.
Bring what you have learned into relationships, responsibilities, uncertainty and the ordinary moments that ask for patience and discernment.
Continue independent practice and consider how awareness can become a steady part of life rather than something reserved for a session.
“The value of learning is not measured by how much we know, but by how we live with what we understand.”
Sessions draw on contemplative ideas from Buddhist, Daoist and Vedic traditions, while leaving space for each person’s beliefs and experiences. You do not need to follow a religion to take part.
